What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? Banned by ACI for red dot setting on monitor, have video of the feature.

Why should we lift your ban? Never known as a cheater in all the time I've played BF4, clean BF4DB, banned for a feature on my monitor

After much review we've determined that this ban will stand, or rather, we will not whitelist you around it. The ban stems from an external organization (ACI) as you're aware and not us directly. You also have an active ban with Battlefield Agency.

You are welcome to appeal at each of these respective locations but I do not expect you'll be successful - monitor overlays cannot be captured in screenshots and the PBSS show what is consistent with cheat software, or at minimum an external crosshair which is against EA's TOS and considered cheating.

Appeal denied.

I forgot to add - should you prove successful with your appeals at ACI and BA then you'll be able to play on our servers again.
