What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I logged in to my EA App with an old account that got false-flagged under PunkBuster. Realized this, then re-logged with my current EA Account and launched/joined the Metro/Locker/Pearl server again after verifying PunkBuster's install and got banned, I assume by my IP?

Why should we lift your ban? I have a high rep and have many many hours on the server. I love BZ's network and would love to continue playing!

Kick reason (from Battlelog) Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: Triggered PunkBuster ban detected [perm][BanEnforcer][Appeal at banzore.com]

@Coldkiller That was the "old account" I mentioned above. It got false flagged by PunkBuster for what I believe was a piece of gaming software (Logitech, Corsair, etc.). I still never got any confirmation back from PunkBuster on why it got banned/flagged... Anyways, my current account is clean with PunkBuster and I've made sure to keep the service up to date to hopefully avoid any issues. I know my word doesn't mean a lot (stranger on the internet and all lol) but I'd never cheat, especially in one of my favorite games and one that I've already had to start over again in... The grind in BF4 back to 140 is long...
 
Because you are directly linked to your old account, you would need to successfully appeal the Punkbuster ban on the original with Even Balance before you can rejoin our servers again. We don't make any exceptions when it comes down to Punkbuster bans. It doesn't matter if one account is clean and the other is "dirty". Both accounts are affiliated with the same person, and one account that is banned for cheating makes all subsequent accounts dirty.

Ok, I submitted a ticket for my "BarloweOnPc" account. I'll update here when/if that gets resolved. Praying it does. I hate and loathe cheaters and can't believe I'm getting lumped in with them because of...well I still don't even know. I was never given a reason as to why my original account "BarloweOnPc" was banned in the first place...
