Have you cheated before? No, I have not used any coding or hacks on Banzore/BF4 Servers

What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I was being an annoying drunk asshole, logged back in and one admin (Im guessing he was an admin had a -BZ1- in front of his name) was telling another player to get a life. I chimed in being for shits an giggles and the -BZ1- player asked if was kicked, not banned. I replied I was, What of it and was going to type wanna tussle about it and joke with the guy before an admin filed a ban. Granted I was being an ass, but I feel like a second chance is in order since the second time I logged, I did not break any rules.

Why should we lift your ban? The First kick was justified I will not deny that. The second kick and ban, I feel like was a little harsh since I didn't break any rules that time, I also apologized in Public chat when I logged back on.

This ban has already expired, you were banned for fucking with the automatic Chat filter, no live admin had anything to do with what you were saying in chat. You need to watch yourself though, you only got one more punishment and it turns into a permanent ban.
