What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? BANNED for Triggered PunkBuster ban violation[M[perm][BanEnforce][Appeal at banzore.com]

Why should we lift your ban? I have played on your server for half a year and like them.Today's morning when I enter one of your server ,the message I mentioned showed than I can not enter your server anymore. I entirely do not konw what happened since I absolutely do not cheat at all. I just use the game acceleration to connect to your server normally which may cause ban but didn't cause in the pass

You are not banned directly, but the IP of the VPN you're using is (along with 100x other accounts). You need to use a different VPN, preferably one that can give you a dedicated address that other accounts won't use.
