What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I live in an old college apartment. BF4 is the only game that cannot detect my ping through the central router my apartment uses.

Why should we lift your ban? I cannot change this; my college will not allow me to make changes through the firewall. I do not cheat, I don't even use certain weapons because I think they're poor sportsmanship. Tired of getting deleted from every server so now I'm facing being soft banned from Battlefield 4.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do. The only real way to avoid any issues with ping/internet especially in cases like yours would be to purchase VIP.
