What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I was permanently silenced in Bz1 server and have no idea why

Why should we lift your ban? Reason above! I have no idea if i was unpolite to anyone. Didn't read any message on the contrary! If i did i'm sorry. BZ are the best servers i've been playing Bf4 in a while.. Can this silence ban in chat be lifted? Thanks in advance
