What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? A family member cheated one day on Battlefield 3 and was banned by Punk Buster.Not exactly sure when this happened,2014 I think. I have never or anyone else used my computer to cheat on Battlefield 4. Somehow the ban carried over to Battlefield 4.

Why should we lift your ban? I dont cheat.My computer has never been used to cheat on Battlefield 4. I am not a problem player. My old username is MisterWeeks,you can search which also shows no cheating.

MisterWeeks is the account with the PB ban, your new account picked up the ban because it's linked to the old account through the network shared.

Unfortunately I am not able to whitelist the MisterPics account.

Please explain. If I had a new IP address would that matter.
