Have you cheated before? Nope

What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I have no clue. I was playing hardcore rush on Operation Locker, and I was gunning the attacking team down, and then got banned or kicked by the admin. I'm not sure if he was mad that I kept killing him or what, but there were like 3 other team mates by me doing the same thing. I don't see anywhere in the rules that said I couldn't kill the attacking team at a choke point? And I wasn't spawn killing or blocking off their spawn.

Why should we lift your ban? Because it's false.

Kick reason (from Battlelog) I'm not seeing this.

Automatic admin banned you for a kill per minute violation (KPM). Was not a manual ban so perhaps it was made in error. Looking at the stats, it appears you killed a large number of people in a short amount of time with the M240B, which triggered the KPM system. Not seeing any statistics that would indicate foul play. Appeal approved.
