Can you tell me the times it's okay to shoot someone while they are in their main base?

no it's not, baseraping and attacking uncap is not allowed I got it...

Close, but acceptable.

The only time you are allowed to shoot someone while they are in their main base is if they;

1. Shoot out of main base

2. If their team has no flags left, at all.

3. They leave their main base, and then go back into it. Whether it's to repair their vehicle, to heal, etc.

Remember this, and don't slip up.
