Describe the incident While firing at player -bZ-RogaineFoam, that player traveled approx. 30 feet in less than a second, presumably to avoid being fired upon. This is not maneuver which can be achieved without speed hacking. Video evidence: https://youtu.be/JhXUrBUe7_w
 
This movement is very much possible through the use of vouzou'ing, which is exactly what this player is doing. It's simply a movement technique, not a cheat. Battlefield Agency and BF4DB allows it, however there are a few servers that do not. Banzore does allow the use of vouzou and other advanced movement techniques in all of our servers, so there is no need to worry about this player.
