Describe the incident Seavipper attacked uncap (tow helos at takeoff) multiple times.

The problem I have here is that you were always above the rooftops, which is a considerable distance up in the air and "outside" the uncap. You also left the uncap itself a few times which made you fair game.

This incident will be noted, and no action will be taken at this time.
