Describe the incident Player is stating he is an admin and is saying he is going to ban other players. Player is also getting mad and saying he is going to ban players for using "his vehicles."

He didn't state he was an admin, he said he was a member, which he is. He did not say he was going to ban anyone. Stealing vehicles against the rules, part of rule 1 found here:
