Describe the incident I have been on your servers now for a long time, i even help repopulate them but bumbling around when only a couple of people are on, but hey thats not why im here... So today i was playing on the market map, im not much of a mortar guy but i thought hey id try it out, im well aware of the rules , even the rule about no mortar , ucav , etc from uncap.... ok so on market the uncap i was at was the one next to D cap point, i set my mortar up just on the other side of a wall , mind you i was exactly 154 m past D cap , which is past the uncap .....i fired zero mortars before i was warned on screen.... i thought it a mistake .... so i fired 2 rounds, then another warning, so i asked in chat what was going on, i cannot remmebr the name of the admin but they said, "your in the uncap" ... i assure you i was not. if i was i probably wouldnt be wasting my time writing this .... i was at least 200 m from the uncap.... Past D almost to middle of map on the side of the road... i fired once more after making sure of my location, then was immediately kicked with about 2 tickets left in the game :-( i just thought id let yall know i was upset.... i see crap happen all the time and the admins arent around... but i do something totally ok and boom.... this happend at about 705 pm ct
 
yes it was me that issued the warnings and told you that you were in the uncap. I gave you ample enough warnings before issuing the punishes. Your mortar was in the game arena, but your soldier was still in the uncap which is not allowed. Your soldier needs to also be in the game arena and not hiding behind obstacles in the uncap where an enemy can't see or kill you...that is stat padding. Any area that is off limits to the enemy is still considered the uncap area, even going along the entire length of the waterway.
 
my mortar was literally on the other side of the wall from me.... as far as padding .... im not quite sure what that means, forgive me im old.... i was just playin like normal, and i had guys hitting me just fine from where i was.... anyways.... im just not understanding .....oh well.... guess i wont use mortars anymore just to avoid any problems ... i love yalls servers .... so yea
 
your soldier was hiding behind a concrete barrier wall in the uncap while using the mortar, that isn't allowed. By putting your soldier in a hiding spot in uncap, it makes it so the enemy cannot find/kill you but allows you to rack up your score by killing with the mortar...that is stat padding. You are welcome to continue to use the mortar, just make sure both the mortar AND your soldier are in the game arena.
