It's happened to me a few times. I jumped down on top of someone from parachuting and landed on top of their head, essentially like a goomba. It's rare, but it can also happen when you try to jump from rooftop to rooftop and if you bump into a friendly that has low health you can damage them too. Super weird.

I've TK'd people across the map from me...while I'm dead.

It's happened enough that it's not a big surprise to me anymore.
