No ping fix/help?

I have no ping on the severs unintentionally, I live on a college campus in the dorms and I believe that network is set up block pings coming in from outside. I'm not lagging around the map, and the ping that I get is usually very solid(shown below).

I have tried to re install the game and punkbuster to fix this issue but it has remained, is there anything else I should try?

Lots of people have this issue, things such as running the game from a hotspot on your phone will make this happen to. Doesn't mean anything, game still tracks your latency, players just cant see it. Is something happening that you need it fixed? I lived in a dorm once too, so I know about shitty net. haha.

The only issue I have is I get kicked for having no ping, I understand why this is nessary, for some but it just happens more often then I would like. so if I could minimize the chance for it to happen I would like to.
