please un-ban me BF4 Metro/Locker

I was banned for tk'ing. People keep running in front of me along with some bad grenade bounces. Ill check my fire from now on Can i be unbanned i really enjoy that server, it is among my favorites.

Also, i am having trouble logging into ts, is the information provided outdated?
