The ban form is giving me an error so I am putting my appeal here.

Have I ever cheated: No
My side of the story: I was playing on the servers last night and when I went to join today I got the message "Banned for KPM Automatic Ban".
Why should I be unbanned: I just got bf4 on pc last week. I am confused as to why I was banned because my KPM according to my career stats is 0.69 which doesn't sound abnormal to me. I was never banned from the server while I was playing, it seems I was banned while not in the game.
