World of Warships - Clan Oil

Hey all,

Not sure who is still playing this or is interested in coming back, but the clan has over 2000 oil, which is enough to buy a ship research base.

I've got a bunch of US ships. It costs 2000 oil for a research base for each faction/nation, and each base gives you 3% increase in XP.

I've got a ton of US ships, and I think a bunch of you do, too. Would there be any objections to using the 2000 oil to get 3% increase in US boat XP?

I had a question, now that the game is on Steam can you just d/l on Steam and login and go without losing assets or do you have to start over?

I had no idea it was on Steam. I was about to call bullshit, but I looked it up, and there it was.

I have no idea. I would think that you still need a Wargaming account to buy dlc, etc., but I don't really know.
