To be fair, it should've been obvious that the seat was already occupied being that you initially couldn't spawn on it and you could see their active conversation in team chat as well as them asking you to get out. I will punish them for taking matters into their own hands however this could also be seen as seat stealing. Please be more mindful of your teammates in the future.
