While there's a clear lack of spatial and visual awareness, I don't believe this to be intentional. While a blue marker may have been visible, names most likely were not and I don't believe from that range that he could tell you were in that doorway exactly or at least didn't think before shooting. Human error happens sometimes and is unfortunate nonetheless. If you happen to get other itk clips feel free to make another report but in this case nothing will be done.
