The player you are linked to most likely had their account stolen and someone cheated on their account. They'll have to appeal with BA. Once they successfully appeal with BA I can lift the ban on bZ servers.

Same Network IP. Either someone in your house, or you're on a shared network. Either way, unfortunately your ban would stay in place until they get the situation handled with BA. It looks like they're handling it right now.
