No, I dont have. I dont make videos or screenshots.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do then, in this case. We have to have solid evidence, preferably video, showing the full context of what happened. It wouldn't be fair to go purely off of what someone says.

You can use software such as OBS, Nvidia Shadow play, or Xbox Game Bar to record game clips and videos.
