It seems to take even balance a bit of time to respond to tickets. Does anyone know if this is something that is being actively triggered on PB and can be fixed by doing some thing on my end? Or is this a full on ban that I have to get resolved?

Sorry I should have googled a little more. If what I found is right the number being in the 80,000s indicates gamehack detected. Is this something I need to contact Even Balance about to get resolved?

In-game Name loneranger419 Have you cheated before? No What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I don't know that I am banned but it says Admin Decision in the kick message. I've checked the databases and don't see a ban. I've updated PunkBuster and reinstalled battlefield...
