To download the Steam version, head to its store page and click on the image under the "Free Weekend" section. On Uplay, open the client and look for the banner advertising the free weekend event.

If you want to do PoE, you could get the Ubiquiti ERPOE 5 port for $175 or Netgear ProSafe GS110TP 8 port for $163

I have a Synology NAS box, it basically does everything. I think the cheapies one is about 100 with no hard drive or 200 with 3TB
