I completely understand. Yeah they just had that vague game violation for a game hack. Literally the only thing that I can think of what caused this was my Oculus Rift S headset.

I understand what you are saying. Well that sucks. Does PB ever actually respond? I've been asking them "pretty please" for almost 3 years now with not a single response. It just seems like a dead end of service support.

Ah ok I see what you are saying. At that point, I had attempted to login under that account to see if the ban was still in place. I had tried an appeal with PB and tried updating and reinstalling the punkbuster service. Obviously that changed nothing with that account.

I guess at this point I am confused how the accounts were even linked at any point? I just bought this new license on a completely different email with a completely different battlelog account and just started playing. Thanks for the information, I will try again to contact pbbans but they suck...
