I don't own, nor know the owner of that account. The location is the same because I live on a military installation where thousands of others share the same network provider, and IP information. This account doesn't originate on this IP either.

I think I've been banned, though I don't know why. I was never banned mid game, I just tried playing today and kept getting kicked upon joining.
