it looks like this person (Mudpipe) has been reported previously about killing in uncap, but that report did not have video evidence. the clip above should suffice. the smoke at the start of the clip was just because i threw a smoke grenade at a buddy to obscure his view of chopper spawn

we were waiting in spawn and the heli spawned in front of us. no shot taken, and video evidence provided in this clip.
