Not so common... I asked a couple of players today and they all agreed they still consider it a veh steal.

Can I get that added into the rules then? Cuz as it stands rn, I see no mention of exceptions to vehicle steals. You know. To avoid "misunderstandings".

If they spawn in a vehicle that is in different place it usually spawn, and is beeping, and you hear repair tool at work, at least one of these things should prompt you to check if someone is using it. And it doesn't matter if I use caps or not, the 90% don't look at chat or don't care. Some...
