On a serious note yes I exercise at home. Only use 15 & 25 lbs dumbbell and recently purchased a treadmill. Sure I no longer walk sideways through doorways but I still have my figure XD.

I know that feeling all too well.... If you ever get into lifting, stick with lighter weight which is more beneficial anyways. When using machines, use them to pull not push your spine. IDK if that even makes sense cuz I just woke up.
