With the first video, I really don't feel that it's fair to punish Kosh for this. You were clearly eligible to be killed, and Lamontiego just laughed about the situation. I even reviewed the chat logs and they showed no concern about it at all. Plus with this scenario, this is quite a stretch...

Excuse me while I go and bleach my eyes after reading those atrocious chat logs... Banned for the politics, racism, filter evasion, spam, and overall toxicity found in his logs. Not the first time they've been punished for this and clearly never got the hint even with the punish points issued...

Unfortunately at this time I can only act on the one instance that is visible in the video. With that being said, a punish point has been issued. Let us know if this player is continuing to violate our rules.

Because the player has such a low attendance on our servers, I'm going to issue a permanent ban in hopes that they come and appeal. The screenshot above basically lines up with your video and story that you provided.
