Doesn't the 609 have some sort of built in hiss compensator? I think iIread somewhere that this was the case. With what Rob stated above, i still think the best solution would be to get a capture board. Unfortunately, if you're doing this on a laptop it limits a bunch of solutions.

I played in a band for about 20 years - primarily 60/70s motown and funk. If one hasnt played in something like that, its almost impossible to explain the adrenalin and thrill.

There are a couple of group sites out there that may be able to lead you down a path without trying a ton of different boards and components for professional recording. It does sound like you need a proper recording interface instead of USB.

Second time in two weeks someone got reported for breaking the rules (attacking uncap) and they tried to blame the person who reported them. Both times the person was well liked. Both times the person who reported the offense was beat up by the community. I have to side with Ripe in this as...

I only reported the first one because the screen after I died showed the D flag was being blinking and being taken by my team. There is probably a delay between when I died and that screen so they did probably have all the flags at that time. Should I re-submit the video and edit out that kill?
