Normally within a few hours, but since you didn't really answer Neo's question in a timely manner, it might take a bit longer.

They might be able to take a look at logs, but it might just come down to the server's automatic tk punishment system in this case. If it does happen again try your best to get a screenshot or if you have shadowplay or anything like that to record gameplay. Best wishes for when the admins can...
