Is there an application to apply for bZ staff on the Battlefield 4 servers?

Everytime im in an LAV and i go 40ish and 3 i always get called a cheater with the simple fact the enemy team sucks and doesnt know how to rpg a lav. I wanna hear everyone else experience of this happening to you too.
