Hard to tell if it is intentional or not with just one instance. Dropping supplies near friendlies is the intent of that ability, so it does not seem too far fetched that this may occur when there is a commander. If further events like this occur, please feel free to submit them, no action taken...

Looks like you were given a 3D temp ban for team griefing. Wasting 80+ tickets on in game deaths with the goal of dying as many times is most certainly considered team griefing. Lowering your team's ticket count by almost 10% via deaths is egregious. Appeal denied, temp ban will run it's course.
