I was spectating Locker cause I was bored and figured we needed some presence on the server. I found this guy WAAAAY above Echo and he is definitely Out Of Bounds. He had a beacon up there but he left the server after a while. 

Glitching of any result is punishable by a ban am I right?

Looks like you can jump there by just climbing the mountain, but it's pretty clear that it's not supposed to be in play.

I think we can ban him and let him appeal and let him off with a warning.

What does Jackson say about it?
