What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? Reacted to a griefer with an intentional TK

Why should we lift your ban? I understand what I did wrong and already had a short discussion about it in my complaint post. I was given a 1 Day temporary ban, and it's been over 24 hours but the ban has not been lifted? Is there a way to check the time left on the ban?

I forgot to mention that I cannot provide a message from Battlelog as it is currently giving an error when trying to join any server. So, I could only provide the message I get from in-game. But ultimately, I'm just curious to know if I was potentially banned for any other rules or if the Temp Ban I have is still active, as I am having trouble finding a way to view this information myself. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Battlelog usually tells you, you need to have the game already closed to be able to launch via battlelog.
Your temporary ban has since expired, please be more diligent regarding our rules in the future.

Thanks for the information. I was considering reinstalling due to Battlelog not launching the game so thanks for the heads up. I did have the game open at the time. Take care!
