the same guy who banned me is the same person who is handling the appeal case, how is this fair? he also stated since i posted a video of him banning me he will not appeal since i, "cried about it"

We have no say in Battlefield Agency's ban appeals and that process. They are a separate entity, and we simply utilize their anti-cheat services. Anything concerning Battlefield Agency must be handled with them and is out of our control.
