What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I got a pc 3 months ago because our PS4 died. I have been playing for 299 hours with no problems. After Windows update I kept getting kicked. I took me and my daughter days of reading and reinstalling everything from Steam. Did that 3 times and nothing worked. Finally found out that now because of Windows Defender I have to add BF4 and punkbuster files to the exclusions list. Still dont understand why Windows would change everything. I have turned off Windows update. Im not good with computers and I cant type. I like Battlefield only. please take off the ban. Please

Why should we lift your ban? It was a windows security update that caused punkbuster to get messed up. I dont cheat. I use my old PS4 controller because Im no good with a keyboard. please help

Unfortunately, it looks like you picked up a punkbuster ban. I've linked the information to that below so that you can appeal with them. Punkbuster is the original anticheat system with the game, and we do not have any control over their bans. Best of luck if you choose to appeal.
