I am not sure why you are surprised that you are banned. The automatic system has banned you for your overall headshot / kill ratio statistics on your guns.

You would have to normalize the statistics of all guns with a HSKR ratio of above 35-45%. Boosting is against TOS of Battlefield 4, and also can cause issues like these where your statistics get flagged for cheating.
