What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? Please understand that my English is not good.
Sorry, I do not know why I was banned.
I am new to this game and do not know what is going on.
The only thing I can think of is that PunkBuster has prevented me from getting into the server several times in a row. (I didn't use any cheats, of course.)

Why should we lift your ban? I do not use cheats, nor do I engage in any malicious activity.
Can you please let me play on your server?

Let me correct myself.
According to Battlelog, the reason you were kicked was "Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. stated reason: Please disable VPN and reconnect ( bfadmintools.com)".
However, I have never used vpn.
I have searched the internet for a solution to this but could not find one.
