What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I have no idea.. I can't join my favorite Banzore servers anymore, I had been an active player on the TDM servers for over 4 years. It just suddenly stopped letting me join, says "Kicked By Admin" which I thought may be an issue on my end (Punkbuster/Firewall), however I am able to join other servers. I have tried everything to resolve the alleged VPN issue, however I think I may have been banned by accident? Please help!

Why should we lift your ban? Because I have been a member of this community for over 4 years and the TDM servers have been my absolute favorite ones to play.

Kick reason (from Battlelog) Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: Please disable VPN and reconnect (bfadmintools.com)

You don't have any bans on record at this time. As the kick message says, you're being kicked for VPN usage. Your best bet is to join the Discord linked at bfadmintools.com and submit a support ticket to have this resolved. It's possible that there is some weird routing issue taking place. BFAT will be able to whitelist your IP. There is nothing that can be done here unfortunately.

I joined the bfadmintools Discord, but apparently no one monitors that anymore. Some have been waiting over 1 year to create a support ticket for assistance...

It's super weird because I can join some servers, but no the Banzore ones which is a damn shame because those are the most frequently populated with good pings for me that I had been playing on for over a year.

Any other ideas or suggestions you might have that I could try?
