Leading up to this latest ban, you've managed to continue to grief your team and be racist in the game's chat. You show clear ignorance towards the concept of racism since you can't keep those remarks out of a simple statement in your appeal.

I really don't think you got the hint last time you were appealing. Somehow that ban was lifted when it should've been permanent, but this time I'll be sure it sticks. You've continued to cause trouble in the server, and have been given ample opportunities to straighten up your act, but you just haven't learned.
