What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? Whenever I try to join any Banzore server, I get an error message saying "You have been kicked by an admin." I only play BF4 occasionally, and I really am not sure why or if I am banned. This is only happening on Banzore servers. My apologies if I'm posting in the wrong place.

Why should we lift your ban? If this isn't an error or bug, and I am banned for some reason, I'm sorry for whatever it was. I honestly do not know a reason why I could've been banned. I follow server rules and barely even talk in chat. Thank you.

Kick reason (from Battlelog) I do not see a red bar, but the message I get in BF4 when I try to join a Banzore server is "You have been kicked by an admin."

I'm not seeing any active bans on our end here.

Please join one of our servers through Battlelog to get a more detailed kick message. Make sure you have the EA app open, game closed, and log into your account on https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4. From there you just need to join one of the BZ servers in the server browser on Battlelog and you should get a detailed message at the red bar located at the bottom of the window if you get kicked again.

Thank you, I did what you said and this is what the message in the red bar says:
"Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: Please disable VPN and reconnect (bfadmintools.com)"

Not sure why it's saying I have a VPN, I've never used one before. I don't have any kind of VPN, third-party antivirus, etc. Any suggestions? Something to do with Windows Firewall maybe? I'm not super knowledgeable about this kind of stuff. I appreciate the help.

If you're absolutely sure that you're not using a VPN on your network, then you'll have to join the BFAT Discord server to get this resolved. They'll be able to help you out. The link to join their Discord server is located at the top of the page at bfadmintools.com
