You currently have an active ban over at BF4DB. You will need to appeal the ban with them before you can rejoin our servers again. We have no control over that ban at all.

Believe me even I feel that it's a pretty dumb ban, but it's part of their ban policy. Feel free to follow the link provided below to start the appealing process.

Banzore enforces the ban list provided by BF4DB. You are essentially banned from all BF4 servers that utilize BF4DB's services, so that includes other servers such as GMH, TBG, etc. who enforce the BF4DB ban list.

Based on the evidence that was submitted to BF4DB, it was in fact for the Zavod rooftop incident that you were directly involved with. Once you appeal with them, you'll be able to rejoin the servers again. They just want to discuss it with you through an appeal.
