What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I'm completely in the wrong. Said slurs repeatedly.

Why should we lift your ban? Banzore servers make up most of the good BF4 servers, I don't use slurs anymore, and I want to be able to play the game properly again.

Kick reason (from Battlelog) I'm on linux; I can't join the game via Battlelog. I get kicked by an admin when I join servers, and there is a message in chat saying I am permabanned for racism.

After reviewing your chat logs, I have opted to have a permanent chat mute be applied to your account due to the many racist comments made in chat.

The ban will eventually be lifted once I get confirmation from one of our admins that the mute has been applied. I will let you know when your ban has been lifted.

Subsequent reports or auto server punishments will result in a permanent ban being reapplied.
