What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I have no idea why they banned me from their servers, since my account is new and I never played on their Banzore servers, I can't enter any of them

Why should we lift your ban? I don't think it makes much sense to explain it, I never used tricks, my account is totally clean

It is an old account which they gave me an unofficial ban, anyway I already made my appeal to Evenbalance and PBBans, I am waiting for a response from that account. but this other account https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/ is new and its GUID in PBBans is clean
 
Thank you, we appreciate your honesty. This is the reason why your new account is banned, as all of your accounts are linked together. The ban would need to be resolved on the other account in order for your "new" account to be cleared. The anticheat services for BF4 ban the player, not the account itself. All subsequent accounts will have the ban applied.
