What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I am a player who absolutely abides by the rules. I was banned from joining the server for some unknown reason a long time ago, and I have never cheated

Why should we lift your ban? I just want to join the game and play happily with everyone

Make sure the game is closed, EA App open in the background, and logged into Battlelog through the web browser. You can join our server using the link provided below. Once kicked from the server, you should see a detailed kick message in a red banner at the bottom of your web browser explaining the cause/reason for the kick.

Hello Coldkiller, I found that the reason I was kicked out is: "Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: Please disable VPN and reconnect (bfadmintools.com)"
I am using a game accelerator to play games because I am from Asia, and if the game accelerator is not turned on, the latency will be very high. May I ask if there is a better solution?Thank U!
 
I'm glad to see that you found the reason for your kicks.

While we generally don't permit the use of VPNs on our servers, it is one of the VIP perks for donating which grants you access to using a VPN if you choose. You can donate the $10 USD a month to gain access to that ability if you'd like, otherwise there's nothing more that I can do to assist you.
