And FYI, if you ever heard our comms we make it a point to try and not watch uncap for this exact reason. I hate getting watched as I'm coming out of spawn just as much as the next player. I think in this case we were near C heading to kill a transport on tall circle building on E and i saw you pop up pointing at us. Since we were pretty evenly trading kills in the heli and I saw you pointing at us we had to point towards you watching for the TV missle and you did fire so we did fired back. Normally, if you went back down below the building and waited we would have turned around and went back to C or B etc. We try to let helis get out of spawn unless they shoot on that map since spawn area is so small.
I try to make it a point , even when my team could take all the flags to back off giving the opposition at least one flag so it doesn't become a spawn camping game which is unfun for both sides. I do this because on BZ1, I stopped playing that server for awhile, because that's was every other game turned into. one side would get to the point of just camping the others spawn and it's just not fun for anyone.
I saw the report on valente and the reason he got in trouble was because he shot a smaw at 4 people standing in spawn, they had not fired out. If one had fired out of spawn you would be able to kill that ONE person, not all 4 though, If that makes sense. My recommendation is since valente wants to camp spawn use a sniper or gun and if anyone shoots out he can shoot them. That way he won't get into trouble.
