What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? good evening. the problem with my account is the following: a player reported me for a glitch map, to which I appealed to Battlefield Agency and BF4DB, I told them that I was not aware that this was prohibited, since being a server without rules, it was something very common because they had done it to me many times, I apologize, and I said that obviously this behavior would not be repeated. hours later they lifted my ban, but now I'm banned in banzore. I am a veteran player and it is the first time that something has happened to me, I would not like to lose my account, I appreciate your understanding.

Why should we lift your ban? I am fully aware that what I did was wrong, what is more, I applaud the work that you do, by making the players aware that this type of practice is wrong. but I was also a victim on this same map (please see video). If I had known that it was prohibited, I would not have committed that fault, I am sorry. but this encourages me to report the many players who also did it to me and to encourage fair play among the community.

I am certainly glad that you were able to get things squared away with the anticheat organizations, we unfortunately are not them. We impose a zero tolerance policy on these things. sin entienNo entiendo cómo pueden ser tan firmes con este recurso, deberían dar una prohibición temporal, o una amonestación para que este tipo de situaciones no se repitan, con una segunda ofensa sería lógico que la prohibición fuera permanente. pero sacar al jugador del juego en la primera falta no es correcto, por favor reconcilie su decisión ... gracias

I do not understand how they can be so firm with this appeal, they should give a temporary ban, or a reprimand so that this type of situation does not repeat itself, with a second offense it would be logical for the ban to be permanent. but taking the player out of the game at the first foul is not right, please reconcile your decision... thanks

You did receive a second chance when you appealed your ban with bf4db and BA. You are free to play the game again, just not on our servers. This is because we enforce a no tolerance policy. Again, I wish you the best!

Please, you have to be clear with the rules on this server, because that glitch that I did to me was done to me countless times on this same server, what's more, I thought it was something normal in the game. They have to improve in that aspect, be clear with the players so that it doesn't happen again....
