What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I have a old BF3 BFDB ban from when my old account "YoJoe360" was taken by Russian hackers and used without my knowledge or permission. I made a new account and bought a fresh copy of the game on steam but when I join our servers it still says the ban is present.

Why should we lift your ban? I have never hacked in this game nor in BF3, and I even bought a new copy of the game just to play on your servers since you have the best west coast servers in the game. Please help!

So your old account is the one that had the ban on it, and the new account was being linked back to the old one which is why the ban was still being enforced.

Upon further review of the situation, it looks like you've managed to successfully appeal the ban with ACI. I will go ahead and lift the ban on the old account, which will then allow you to play on either account as you choose.

I want to forewarn you though that there could be another ban issued because of the old account still appearing on some external ban list from PBBans. I don't think this will affect you and could be an error, but I wanted to inform you about this sudden and random ban that may happen. If this is the case, please come back here to appeal and we will do what we can to help you out.
